Strategies to Navigate the Ohio Workers Compensation System - an overview of the Ohio Workers Compensation system from an employer's prospective.

The program will feature two guest speakers and a mock workers compensation hearing.

Account Executive with CompManagement
As an Account Executive with 23-years experience she provides consultative serves for Northeastern Ohio clients on the areas of sost containment, risk reduction, accident prevention and workers' compensation program management strategies.

Tommie Jo Marsilio
Portage County Commissioner
Prior to her current position, Ms. Marsilio began her workers' compensation career with her service to the Ohio Industrial Commission in Columbus, Ohio. This included several aspects, including coordinating policy discussions of the three member Commission panel appointed by the Governor. She later served in the Cleveland region of the Ohio Industrial Commission as a District Hearing Officer, where she decided disputed workers' compensation claims.
