The sounds and sights of the holidays will get some added cheer on December 1st this year. Wine enthusiasts and animal lovers are invited to join the Portage County Animal Protective League for "Paws for Taste", special charity benefit in support of the Portage APL. Join the fun and taste a sampling of wonderful yet affordable wines and beers. Gift baskets, bottles and cases of wine and beer will be available to purchase.
The Portage APL helps over a thousand dogs and cats find loving homes through adoption. They hold low-cost spay/neuter clinics, help injured and abandoned animals, and educate the community on responsible pet ownership.
