Kids Yoga Workshop, Day off School with Yoga Squirrel

Join us at EssentialZen for a kids' yoga class led by Yoga Squirrel! This class is for kids ages 4 and up. Yoga Squirrel classes provide a fun, creative approach to yoga. This class will include movement, breathing exercises, interactive games and activities, music, stress management, and a craft. Your child will participate in a 75-minute yoga class designed especially for children. Yoga for children can increase focus, balance and body awareness, strength, and flexibility while decreasing stress and anxiety.

Cost: $15 per child
Children attending the class should bring a yoga mat. Yoga mats are available for purchase if needed.
