Restore & Reboot

This special event is back by popular request!  Join Carol, Debbie and Kris for this memorable evening that will leave you floating home with peaceful vibrations.

 

Doors open at 5pm so each guest gets a few minutes with Debbie Radvar, Holistic Health Practitioner. Debbie will work with you individually to help ground and relax your nervous system , using acupressure points and tapping, to help unblock pathways to restore energy flow.

 

A class of peaceful restorative poses, led by Kris Radzanowski, CYT-500 and owner of EssentialZen, will open your heart and your body to receive deeper the amazing sounds of our sound bath.

 

Carol Marchione, sound healing practitioner and owner of Floating Lotus Wellness, will share her gifts of playing Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and other unique sounds throughout the class.
