Aurora Auction Fundraiser

Do you have items you would like to auction? Are you in need of some extra cash?? Looking for great bargains? Then, join us in our first ever live auction. The Treasure Trove sale has been a rummage/consignment fundraiser since 2008 for Aurora. Due to the event taking place in a large warehouse this time instead of at school, we are adding vendors to the sale and hosting our first auction.

Any items sold between:
 $1.00---$100.00
     (Treasure Trove would get 25% of sale)
 $101.00---$300.00  (20% of sale)
 $301.00---$500.00  (15% of sale)
 $501.00 and above (10% of sale)

NOTE: Donations from individuals or businesses welcome also. We will announce any donor prior to item auctioned for advertisement of businesses. 100% of sale of all donations will go to the Treasure Trove. All donations are tax deductible and tax receipts are available upon request.

DROP OFF items to be auctioned any time during the Treasure Trove Sale:
            April 21st thru 23rd (10am-8pm)
            April 24th thru 27th (10am-3pm)

You must either register at the sale or send an email to auroratrovesale@aol.com to receive an auction seller number. All items to be sold will need a white index card listing your seller number, a RESERVE $$ amount (if you want one), and a description of the item on one side of the card. On the back side, please print your name, address, phone # and email address. A check will be mailed to you after the event for your portion of the sale.

PURCHASES: Cash or Check (with drivers license). If you are the winning bidder, you MUST pay for your item immediately and take the item into your possession. (either by you, or run it out to your vehicle). Only large items requiring more than one person to move will be marked with a sold tag for your pick up at the end of the auction evening. All items MUST be taken home with you on the night of the auction. If you cannot, then a $10.00 fee will be charged to hold it for pick up on Sunday, April 29th between 10am-12noon. If not picked up by noon, the purchase price and $10 fee is forfeited to the Treasure Trove and the item will be donated to charity. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! This is not our place of business and the warehouse needs to be turned back over to it's owner so we will not have access to the warehouse after the sale ends. We will also not have any place to store your item for you.
