This organic dinner features unique, fresh ingredients, and will be hosted by organic farmer Rick Carson who will give narrative of his foraging experiences, and how he combines the natural flavors to create the culinary delights. As a special treat to our guests, this will also be the release of our newest wine, a much-anticipated 2011 Pinot Noir sourced from the Russian River Valley. Be among the first to try it!
