Join us as we welcome guest teacher, Vishali Gupta for this event. During this workshop you will experience simple yogic techniques such as asanas with mantras and mudras, as well as breathing techniques. Vishali will also address Ayurvedic herbs that help alleviate the symptoms of anxiety and insomnia.
