Here's the Scoop:

Legal fees can be expensive. The amount an attorney gets paid has a lot to do with how prepared you are and if you are willing to work with your attorney, or if you want your attorney to do all the work. Alex Gertsburg will explain some simple things you can do to help save a ton of money on legal fees.
 
Alex Gertsburg has been in private practice for over a decade. The first half of his career was spent working for two large regional business law firms – Roetzel & Andress and Calfee, Halter & Griswold. In 2003, Mr. Gertsburg was called up with the 762d Transportation Co., an Army Reserve Unit based in Akron, Ohio, to serve in Iraq. He deployed with his unit for a year, serving as a platoon leader and convoy commander before demobilizing from active duty in 2004 and returning to the practice of law. By that time, Mr. Gertsburg had trained for and served as an officer in the Army Reserve for ten years.

Currently, Mr. Gertsburg is EVP, general counsel and corporate secretary for Broadvox, Inc., an international next-generation telecom company located in Cleveland, Ohio. In addition to serving as Broadvox's GC, Gertsburg is also the founder and president of The Gertsburg Law Firm in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, which focuses on business litigation and transactions, and replicating general counsel for companies that do not have one.
